Founded in 1993, Capital Community Bank (CCB) is a family bank that reaches out to Utah County residents through four full -service offices in Orem, Provo, Salem, and Pleasant Grove. CCB offers various saving and checking accounts as well as loan products including conventional business loans and small business loans. The Bank also provides consumer loans, commercial and residential real estate loans.

Why the "community" in a Family Bank?

With the explosion in technological advancements as well as the deterioration of personal relations and loyalty by both clients and banks, CCB has made a conscience effort to ensure personal service to every client.

CCB understands that as the years progress, communities and banks become larger while the status of residents and customers remain unchanged. Likewise, local banks are maturing into national financial institutions in constant quests to get more business and serve more people. The results of such advancements include higher fees, less communication and more time and effort required by the customer.

Ask yourself:

  • Have you ever had to wait for your financial institution to receive approval from its head office in Salt Lake City or even another state before it could provide you with the service you wanted?
  • Have you ever been charged simply for the privilege of having a bank account, even though you had a positive balance?
  • Have you ever paid a fee to speak with a teller?
  • Has your bank eliminated drive through windows?
  • Do you feel like just a number to your bank?
